Interne transparatie

Waarom interne publicatie van resultaten?
Door de resultaten intern transparant te maken bevordert een organisatie de draagkracht onder de medewerkers. Bovendien krijgen ze meer bewustzijn dat elk klantcontact ook echt leidt tot een bepaalde reactie en een bepaald oordeel.

• Resultaten op intranet delen
• Resultaten tonen op schermen binnen de organisatie. Communiceer op strategische plaatsen zoals de ontvangstbalies, vergaderzalen en andere ruimten waar activiteiten plaatsvinden

Externe transparantie

Waarom externe publicatie van resultaten?
De organisatie laat zien dat zij de cliënt serieus neemt
De cliënt ziet dat er iets met de resultaten wordt gedaan
De stem van de cliënt wordt gehoord, dit bevordert ook de cliëntgerichtheid van de medewerkers

Ms Anne-Laure Espie

It’s always a pleasure to visit The Medical chambers Kensington. The reception staff are consistently polite and welcoming and efficient. It’s important and is a key reason as to why I stay with the practice. Anne-Laure Espie is a wonderful physio. She’s very professional and cares about her patients. Recommend highly.

Mr Pandelis Athanasias

All top notch and excellent care. However, when I had to change, ie take my bottoms off and get into the chair, I wasn't given a blanket to wrap around myself. This made me feel uncomfortable as I was left to walk half naked to the examination chair whilst the nurse remained in the area I was changing in. I am sure an oversight.

Ms Romana Kuchai

Excellent care provided by the Consultant . She had an approachable manner , was empathetic explained the issues in simple terms , performed a diagnostic procedure with the utmost gentleness and was clear about management of my condition. I cannot recommend her highly enough . The service at the clinic was prompt , minimal waiting. All staff were courteous . Excellent facilities .

Dr Mark Weatherall

Dr. Mark Weatherall listened intently to my long and complicated medical history, making copious notes as he did so. As he summarized my complaints it was clear he had factored them all into his recommendations as to how to proceed. It was not just his professionalism that impressed me, but his empathy and his ability to calm a nervous patient.
